How to activate private mode for your ETS2 Server

To control who can join your server, you can create a password. Follow these steps to turn your server private:

  1. Start your server.
  2. Go to the options tab and click on the MORE FILES button.
  3. Access the server_config.sii file via this path:
    FILES > .LOCAL > SHARE > EURO TRUCK SIMULATOR 2
  4. There you will finde the option password. Choose a password.
  5. Next time you start your server, it will be password locked.
