How can I use Terraria commands?

To use commands on your Terraria server you first have to give yourself admin right. You can do it following these steps:

  1. Go to options and set a password for your server

  2. Start the server and go to the console. There you will find this line: “To setup the server, join the game and type /setup [NUMBER]”

  3. Copy the command with the specific number and use it in Terraria. That activates the server setup mode.

  4. Next use the command “/user add [USERNAME] [PASSWORD] owner” with your specific data and without brackets.

  5. After that you use the command “/login [USERNAME] [PASSWORD]”

  6. Now you can use admin commands like /kick and /home
